Important Payment Reference Notification:
Please be advised that all payments must include your unique Customer ID (e.g., FLD001) issued by OPQ Net. This reference is essential to allocate your payment to your account correctly. Your unique Customer ID can be found on your invoice.
Failure to include the correct reference may result in a temporary suspension of your service, as payment will not be allocated to the rightful account.
ABSA bank customers, please note that ABSA bank has a habit of changing your payment reference to things like “Salary’ when the payment enters OPQ’s bank account, even though you have your customer ID as the reference. If in doubt, and to ensure uninterrupted service, kindly send the proof of payment to accounts@nullopq.co.bw or via WhatsApp at 72112315 and include your Customer ID in the message.
