Important Payment Reference Notification:

Please note that all payments must include your unique Customer ID (e.g., FLD001) issued by OPQ Net. This reference is essential to ensure that your payment is allocated to your account correctly. Your unique Customer ID can be found on your invoice.

If you don’t include the correct reference, it may result in a temporary suspension of your service, as payment will not be allocated to the rightful account.

ABSA bank customers, please note that ABSA bank has a habit of changing your payment reference to things like “Salary’ when the payment enters OPQ’s bank account, even though you have your customer ID as the reference. If in doubt, to ensure uninterrupted service, please send proof of payment to accounts@opq.co.bw or via WhatsApp at +267 7211 2315, including your Customer ID in the message.
