Here is the information for email settings using OPQ’s mail servers.
You may access your OPQ-hosted email via Webmail.
To set up your email client (Outlook etc.), laptops, smartphones, tablets, etc. you will need the settings below.
Login credentials required for both sending and receiving email:
username = your full email address e.g., somebody@nullopq.co.bw
password = your password
Make sure these are entered correctly.
Incoming email settings (Receive):
Account Type = IMAP
Incoming mail server: = mail.opqnet.net
Incoming server (IMAP/OPQ) requires authentication.
Set the connection type to use SSL
Change the port number to: IMAP = 993
Outgoing email settings (Send):
Outgoing mail server (SMTP:) = smtp.opqnet.net
Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Set the connection type to use SSL or SSL/TLS
Change “Outgoing server (SMTP)” port number to 465
