Update Concerning Service Delivery.

Dear Valued Client,

Due to the multiple failures in the West Africa Cable System, our primary upstream supplier (BoFiNet) routed traffic via alternative links. Unfortunately some of our networks were not being advertised on these new links resulting in some parts of the Internet invisible.

Our customers may have noticed some web sites were not available or some social media apps were not able to connect to their servers.

Most of these issues have now been resolved whilst the remainder are being attended to. If you are still experiencing issues with connecting to services on the Internet, please let us know via the following methods;

We thank you for your patience during this difficult time. We will provide further updates as they become available.

Regards,
