Public Notice – Individuals posing as BoFiNet technicians – reposted.
It has come to our attention that there are individuals who have been visiting residential properties in and around Gaborone falsely claiming to be technicians from Botswana Fibre Networks (BoFiNet).
Please note that BoFiNet does not currently have any fibre deployments or connection campaigns in Gaborone. All legitimate BoFiNet technicians can be easily identified by their nametags, branded vehicles and branded job cards. Additionally, proper stakeholder engagements in person, via radio and through our social media pages will always be carried out before any fibre deployment or campaign begins.
If approached by an individual claiming to be from BoFiNet, kindly take the necessary precautions. Always verify their identity by contacting our office at +267 3995500, 3995512 or 3986 339. In case of an encounter with any suspicious individuals, we urge you to report the incident promptly to your local police station. Your cooperation will help us maintain the security and integrity of our
